Yes, all classes need a booking.  Bookings are made using an app, and can be changed if needed.  You can book in or cancel up to 1 hour before class starts.  Penalties apply for booking and not attending.

Classes are recommended from 15 years of age & up.  All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be adjusted for beginners and done with body weight if needed.  We do recommend for regular classes that you can get up & down off the floor with some ease.

Strength & Balance classes are for those who require a slower paced class, with a focus on strength, mobility and balance.  The age recommendation of 60 and over is a guide, and younger ages are welcome if that class is the suitable option.

In general we can work around an injury, but please discuss any injuries before signing the contract. You must have medical clearance from a doctor for any injuries.

We recommend 3-4 classes a week for optimum results.  The majority of members do 3-4 classes a week, some do 5.  To be honest, 1-2 classes per week will not give you results.
